Supported Living Program: Supports are individually tailored to meet the needs of Boone County Family Resources' clients at risk for institutional placement. Supervised apartments house clients who require on-site staff and up to 24-hour protective oversight. Persons who need protection and supervision get help establishing homes and finding work. With support, people gain confidence by meeting goals for personal growth and more independence.
Family and Community Living Support Program: Service coordination to help clients develop and implement individual service plans that meet their developmental disability related needs. This program strengthens and supports clients' families in finding needed services and works with community agencies to integrate services.
